Borrower Guide
Received a Notice? Here's What to Do
A simple, step-by-step guide for borrowers, co-borrowers and guarantors — from the first notice to the final award.
Step by Step
Eight Simple Steps
- 1
Do not ignore the notice
A notice from Problex247 means your finance company has taken a dispute about your loan to arbitration. The case goes ahead even if you stay silent, so read it and act on time.
- 2
Check that it is genuine
Before you act on any message, make sure it really comes from Problex247.
- Open your case on Track Case (next step) — if it is there, the case is real
- Emails come only from a problex247.com address
- Never share an OTP, password or bank PIN with anyone
- 3
Open your case on Track Case
Enter your case number (PRX247-…) or your loan number, and your mobile number. The mobile of the borrower, a co-borrower or a guarantor on the case all work.
- You will see the current stage of your case and its date
- The finance company (claimant) and your loan number, partly hidden
- The next hearing, with a Join Hearing button
- Every notice sent to you, to view or download
- 4
Read the notices
Each notice is one step of the case. The Hearing Notice is the most important: it gives the date and time of your hearing. The list below explains each one.
- 5
Take advice, or appoint a lawyer
You may represent yourself or appoint a lawyer. To record your lawyer, use the Case Notice Response form with your case ID and mobile number. Your lawyer then also receives the hearing notice, the hearing invitation and the award.

Want to settle? Talk to your finance company
You can settle with your finance company at any stage. A settlement, or full payment of the loan, can close the case.
- Pay only through your finance company’s official channels
- Always keep the receipt or settlement letter
- Never pay into an unknown link or a personal account
- 7
Attend the online hearing
Hearings happen on video — you do not need to travel. The link comes by email and WhatsApp, and is also on Track Case as Join Hearing. It opens 30 minutes before the time.
- Use a phone or computer with a camera, a microphone and good internet
- Enter your full name and allow the camera and microphone when asked
- Keep your documents and payment receipts ready to show
- Cannot attend on the date? Inform us before the hearing, with your case number
- 8
After the award
The arbitrator’s final decision is the award (पंचाट). It binds both sides and can be enforced like a court decree. If you want to challenge it, a lawyer can advise you on the time limit, which is short.
