Brings the claim about an unpaid loan and follows the case on its own dashboard.
Respondents
The borrower, and any co-borrower or guarantor. Each receives the notices and can join the hearing.
Arbitrator
An independent advocate with 15+ years of practice, who hears both sides and passes the award.

Runs the platform: files cases, assigns arbitrators, sends notices and keeps every record.
The Journey

Case filed
The Problex247 team files the case for the finance company, with the loan agreement, statement of account and notice. A Request Letter goes to Problex247.

Documents checked
The arbitration desk checks the case and its documents before it moves on.

Arbitrator assigned
An independent arbitrator from the panel is assigned. The Letter of Assignment goes to the parties, the arbitrator and Problex247.

Arbitrator accepts
The arbitrator reads the file and accepts the case. The Assignment Report, the Consent & Disclosures and the Registration of Arbitration go out.

Acceptance Letter
The proceeding formally begins, and the case gets its number, PRX247-….

Claim Petition
The finance company’s claim — what is owed and why — is served on the respondents.

Hearing Notice
The arbitrator fixes the hearing date and the notice goes to every party.

Online hearing
The hearing happens on video. Parties join from their phone or computer with the link; it opens 30 minutes before the time and the hearing can be recorded.

Interim Order — if needed
Under Section 17, the arbitrator may pass a temporary order during the case, for example to protect a vehicle or property.

Directions and order sheets
At each stage the arbitrator records directions and order sheets on the case.

Award
The arbitrator passes the final award, which is sent to the parties and binds both sides.

Case closed
The arbitrator sends a closure request with a remark, and Problex247 closes the case. A settlement or full payment can also close a case earlier.
