Verify a Notice
Is This Notice Really From Us?
Three quick checks to confirm a notice comes from Problex247 — and the warning signs of a fake.
Three Checks
Verify in Under Two Minutes
- 1
Find the case on Track Case
Open problex247.com and choose Track Case. Enter the case number (PRX247-…) or your loan number, and your mobile number. If the case appears, it is a real case on Problex247.
- Type the website address yourself — do not reach it from a link in a doubtful message
- The mobile of the borrower, a co-borrower or a guarantor all work
- 2
Compare it with the copy on Track Case
Under "Notices & Documents" you will find every notice sent on the case, with its date. Open the one you received and compare. A notice that is not there, or reads differently, is a warning sign.
- 3
Check the sender and the links
Emails from Problex247 come only from an address ending in @problex247.com. Links in our messages lead to problex247.com — for example, a hearing link looks like problex247.com/join/….
- Look closely at the spelling: problex247.com — not problex-247, problex247.co or similar
- Still unsure? Call or WhatsApp us on +91 86901 90555 with the case number
